Yes we have 45 AED minimum charge.

Do I need to be home during pickup or drop off?

Accepted Answer

Not required, you can leave your items outside of door. Our captain will pick up item from door, while delivering we will contact you in case you are not at home.

Can you remove the stain on my items?

We are equipped with highest quality stain removal item. We cannot promise all stain will be removed, but we do our best. Please tell us which item has stain and you would like our special attention.

What is the process to schedule a pick up?

Login to our website and schedule a pick up. You can choose your laundry pick up time during scheduling the laundry. Addition to this you can whatsapp your pickup time.

By when will I get my laundry back?

What will you do if my clothes are damaged when I receive them?

Firstly our expert laundry care team will handle your garments with care. They own specialized experience in garment laundry service. But unfortunately if you find any garment damaged, we will compensate to your loss 5 times of laundry price for that item. We understand that the liability of any garment is not limited, according to the industry policy of Washon we try our best to sort out the issue the effective way.

What if I leave any personnel items in my pockets by mistake?

We shall check the laundry while pick up and return back if we find any personnel belongings. In case we find any at our store during the laundry preparing or cleaning process, we will take care of them and shall call you to let you know about the same.

How long do I have to report any damage to my clothes?

Accepted Answer

Any damage to your clothes must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to properly assess and address any issues in a timely manner. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you notice any damage.

Question 12

What if my items has been lost?

Accepted Answer

Lost items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately check our security cameras and investigate the matter thoroughly to locate your items. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible. In the very rare case that we are unable to identify or locate your item, we will compensate you with 5 times the service cost for that item.
